At the time of your appointment, you will need to have completed the following steps. Without these steps completed, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Please bring all hard copy (paper) documents to your enrollment meeting.

Step 1:  Verify that your address is zoned to Terry HS by entering it here - Find My School 

Step 2:  Complete the online pre-registration application - Online registration application

Step 3:  Online: please email transcripts/academic record to Email

Necessary Registration Documents:

  • Proof of Address:  parent/legal guardian's current utility bill with service address listed (gas/water/electric); will also accept lease agreement listing parent(s) and student or finalized home closing documents if a utility bill is unavailable
  • Copy of parent's ID (Example: driver's license, passport, military ID)
  • Student's birth certificate
  • Immunization Record
  • Withdrawal Paperwork from the student's last school
  • LCISD Dual Residency Paperwork (if applicable, please email the Registrar's Office at Email for this packet as it will need to be completed and notarized before your appointment)
  • LCISD Power of Attorney Paperwork (if applicable, please email the Registrar's Office at Email for this packet as it will need to be completed and notarized before your appointment)

Step 4:  Participate in your appointment.  

For additional questions not answered above or extenuating circumstances that need to be discussed, please email the Registrar's Clerk, Email,  or call us at (832) 223-3419.

NOTE: We are not notified that you’ve completed your online enrollment. Once you are finished with step 3, you must reach out to us by email or coming in person to finish your enrollment. Please do not wait for us to reach out to you because we won’t know you are waiting on us. 

In Person: please visit us between the hours of 8:30 am to 11 am and 1 pm to 3 pm to complete your enrollment. Appointments are available during our busy time of August and September.

If your student needs to be withdrawn from Terry High School, please fill out the withdraw form linked below and return to us with a copy of your photo ID. 

Withdraws can also be done in person at Terry High School. Please make sure to bring your photo ID with you.

SchooLinks

The quickest way for your transcript to be sent and received is digitally through SchooLinks. This is avaliable to students who graduated in 2022 or later. Students who didn’t graduate from GRHS or who graduated earlier than 2022 must use our transcript portal.

Note: Do not use your LCISD login on the SchooLinks website. All students entered a personal email into SchooLinks their senior year before graduating. That email will be your SchooLinks login email. If this is your first time logging in as an alumni, or you don’t remember your password, use the forgot password feature. If you have further issues, you can utilitze the chat feature at the bottom right of the login screen.

Transcript Portal

Our transcript Portal is best for transcripts that need to be picked up or mailed from GRHS. Please allow 48 hours for processing. You will receive a notification when your transcript is ready for pickup or has been mailed. 

Transcript portal requests submitted after 4pm on June 18th will not be fulfilled until we return on July 8th

Picking Up Transcripts
    Picture ID is required to pick up transcripts, and will only be released to the individual.  If you are sending a representative to pick up your transcript, they must have the following:
      1.  Copy of your driver's license or picture ID.
      2.  Written authorization from you to release the transcript to the representative.  
      3.  Representative's driver's license or picture ID.

 


 

Please remember that universities and the NCAA Clearinghouse may take a minimum of 10 working days to process transcripts once they have been received.

NCAA Clearinghouse - you must register at the NCAA Eligibility Center before transcripts can be uploaded into the system. These transcripts are requested the same way as any others using the methods above.

Driver’s License VOEs

A Verification of Enrollment (VOE) form is required in Texas for students under 18 who are applying for a learner’s permit or driver’s license. The VOE verifies that the student is enrolled in school and in good standing.

VOEs at THS are done digitally and will be emailed back to you once complete. You will receive 2 emails from Informed K12. The first one will say SUBMITTED and will not have your completed VOE. Wait for the one that says COMPLETED. Example below.

Social Security VOEs

If you need Social Security Form SSA-1372-BK signed by a school official, please make sure all sections (1 through 8) are filled out on the “student statement regarding school attendance” section before bringing the forms to THS for signatures. The forms can be dropped off at THS during normal busines hours for the registrar to sign. Once the signature is obtained, we can send the form home with the student or call you to let you know they are ready for pick up.
